This reminds me of my cute crush story. It was a really long time ago. We were put in the same class throughout 6 years. I had a huge crush on him and it turned out he felt the same way but was too shy to even face me after rumors went on about him liking me so he kept denying the fact that he really did. I never stopped loving him tho. We were born in the exact same day, month, year. Reminds me of when I tried to avoid the fact I was in love with my best friend. I tried to hide it, but everytime he gave me that amazing smile I fell for him even more, I was so terrified of rejection I never said anything. But one day he told me he had a girlfriend, and I felt my heart sink to the bottom of my stomach. I played it off and said I was happy for him. But yes, I did try to date others to get my mind off of him but needless to say he won every time. But we were inseparable, we had people in my middle school year thinking we was together because of how much I was with him. They practically begged for us to be a couple, but he refused. He would always say "no she is my friend" and I had to do the same. Then on August 1st, 2022 we confessed our feelings to each other.
