The commentary team is the standard 1 footballer, and 1 guy who tries to make it sound exciting but says stupid stuff because he hasn't got much playing experience.

For the penalty, the ball is in the area and the Argentina player puts his foot into the area to kick it out, so it is deemed a penalty. Even though the player's standing foot is outside the area, both the ball and his kicking foot are inside the area.

An analogy to this would be if a goalkeeper is standing in his 18 yard area, but reaches out of his area to catch a ball that is outside the 18 yard line. It doesn't matter if his standing foot is in the box, if the ball and his hand are both over the line then it is a foul.

En México solo debutan en primera división puro recomendado, puro junior. En el barrio hay mucho talento y desafortunadamente se quedan en el camino por la falta de oportunidades. Y hablo por algo que viví, jugué en 3a división y poder subir es prácticamente imposible.
