[Ramekin Series] Ep. 1 Baked Eggs | Recipe in Description ❤️

i’ve always wanted a ramekin ever since i saw it in masterchef. one day i will make a soufflé with this to complete my dream.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 g of bacon, chopped into bits
1 shallot, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup of baby spinach
2 tbsps grated cheese of your choice
1 tbsp of cream
salt and pepper to taste
butter for the ramekin
Garnish: furikake
Procedure:
1. Cook the bacon until crispy (i like using water to render the fat). Add the shallots and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
2. Butter the inside of the ramekin and put in the bacon with spinach, crack two eggs and pour in the cream and grated cheese. salt and pepper to taste (this will depend on the saltiness of your bacon)
3. Place the ramekin in the pan and fill the pan with hot water about halfway through the outside of the ramekin.
4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how you want your eggs to be cooked. I cooked mine for 15 ‘cause I like my yolk runny but a bit cooked on the inside, if that makes sense. lol
5. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Top it off with furikake and enjoy with bread!
