I guess, people who aren't into the real tech role, aren't getting any dumber in fact no one's getting any dumber or smarter, because these AI only do all the annoying part of the job, i.e., it makes things easier for us humans. Now, if you are already into a tech role, you anyways need to know everything thoroughly about your job, it's just that the AI will do the heavy lifting on your behalf but to do the brainy stuff, you yourselves are the one who's needed. For those aren't exactly in the tech role, they too needn't worry because they wouldn't have anyways wanted to perform the tweaking to their desktop settings manually.
