I like this very straightforward and no crap about needing to lift weights makes it much more obtainable

HIIT and Tabita workouts are good too. They help when “corrective action” happens amongst your peers cuz there’s always that one guy that gets the group in trouble.

Do not
I repeat, DO NOT skip warm up and stretching

Just wanted to thank you. I started at 288 and I’m down to 245. Your YouTube short helped a ton!

These are good tips. I am someone who would like to go into the British army but I think the rules still apply no matter what military you join.

If you're going into the coast guard, get some swimming in! Especially if you have some time before Basic Training, start with swimming before running. I'm about to turn 17 and will graduate early and go to basic training next year!!!

Good tips. Also try to work with your recruiting station. See if they have a program to get folks ready to ship.

If you going in Marine Corps and can’t run a minimum of 3 miles, do at least 10 pull ups easily, and do 5O sit ups easily, don’t go.. seriously.. go physically fit and ready, makes the heads games easier..Semper Fi

Im prepping to go to MEPS. Reading FM 7-22 H2F has been a huge help. I started running every day a week ago and doing preparation drills each day for about a month now. I eat almost no fast food and have added more fruits and veggies to my diet. I also get in pull ups periodically throughout the day maxing out each time. I take the weekends off to recover. Ive also started lifting weight periodically, adding more weight as i go.
Went from about 120 lbs a month ago to over 130 lbs today. 🙌
