Founding Farmers Supports Urban Beekeeping Project in Washington, D.C.

"A brief look at the collaboration between Founding Farmers Restaurant and George Washington University to create a rooftop apiary. We were able to establish a beautiful symbiotic relationship where we support the urban beekeeping project and provide scholarships for the lead student researcher, while at the same time receive delicious, organic honey to use in our restaurant.
