New 2022 5-Ton Rheem Classic RA16 Air Conditioner - Startup/Shutdown

A new Rheem Classic air conditioner that replaced a York Olympian last fall. It seemed to be working decently, but the suction line was not all that cold when I felt it, which was nearly 5 minutes after starting up. I've felt suction lines on units from the 1970s that were much colder.
