To Make Coconut Rava Ladoo
Grated Coconut - 2 Cups
Boiled Milk - 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Method
To a small pan add two tsp. of ghee, add two tbsp of cashews and roast to a golden brown colour. Then add two tsps. Of raisins; saute and keep it side.
To a wide pan add two tsp of ghee and add two cups of bombay rava. Its 250 Ml Cup. Roast the rava until it turns golden brown and keep aside.
To the same pan add two tsp of ghee, add two cups of freshly grated green coconut and roast it till you get a golden brown colour.
After all the moisture has gone from the coconut and it has changed color, add the fried rava and mix well by keeping the flame low.
Take 3/4th cup of sugar, add sugar little by little and after mixing it, add some more and mix again.
After 2-3 minutes add one cup of boiled and cooled milk in intervals. Mix it well.
Finally add ghee, cardamom powder, roasted cashews and raisins to it and mix well.
Transfer the rava coconut mixture to a plate.
Apply some ghee to the palm, take a portion of mixture and hold the desired shape, While the ladoo mixture is slightly hot
Do the remaining mixture in the same manner.
Tasty and delicious rava ladoo is ready to be served.
