How does it work for dental practitioners?
Dental practitioners as users can simply create their customised patient and admin pages in less than 3 minutes by filling in their practice details, uploading their practice logo, and if required, updating the preset privacy policies and terms of services. When the iVOC team verifies the account, dental practitioners can get access to their secure admin page and share their customised iVOC link with their patients. Each dental practitioner can create and save an unlimited number of custom-made and personalised email templates, reminder templates, treatment goal templates, information links, and staff communication templates on their admin page. Dental practitioners can purchase a bundle of additional pre-made templates.
How does it work for patients as customers?
Using a smartphone, tablet or even a personal computer, patients can fill in the information form, upload photos and/or videos of their teeth and send them to their dental practitioners for review. Dental practitioners are immediately notified via email of submitted applications, which are presented in a timeline on the admin page.
Actions related to each application are saved automatically and easily printed or emailed. iVOC can combine all submitted photos from different sessions under one application. Therefore, it is easy for dental practitioners and their staff to track their patients’ applications.
