Why do people land up in ❌ wrong jobs??

1. Being in hurry / desparation, immediately after graduation (to not to be tagged as jobless)
2. We undervalue ourselves (we put employers on higher pedestals, thinking the employer to be a VIP company, getting opportunity is itself very precious, like that (Those companies are built-up by people like you and me) . We are on equal pedestal to the employer
3. Our choice of job doesn't align with the direction of growth that we want to achieve
4. Don't see the job as a stable source of income, even from day1 of joining, always look out for opportunities to have a passive income stream

Mam i have signed a bond of 3 yrs which includes intership also now i m not liking what i do i am unable to do the task as well the mentor who trains me is for namesake daily going to office is like going to war i feel 😢 mam but hr said that based on performance we will decide to keep u all or not but my colleagues are saying they dont remove you they might extend your intership but they wont remove you and if i break the bond i need to pay 2 lacks the hr she gave us documents and didn't even gave us to read and when we ask for hardcopy of it she didnt gave saying i will sent u later mam please do help me how to get out if it please please mam much needed even anyone experience can tell me or advice me even the work culture is not good even if the other colleagues knows that i am not doing the task in correct way then wont help instead they make group call and start laughing which is all making me feel like stress anxiety due to which earlier i had thoughts of ending my life please mam please help 🙏🙏😭
