do you have an idea why only 1.18+ is crashing with exit-code 0 upon entering a singleplayer world or pinging a server? no mods, no firewall, reinstalled, all updated software

nothing works, i cant play with just ONE mod, im on macbook and nobody uses macbooks so i cant get help

Thanks for the video, was going to update my graphics drivers but just checked the antivirus and turns out, the antivirus was the one causing the issue

there is another thing you can run minecraft by curseforge and select any modpack you want after that click play and change the version to anything you want and click play it well work

I am here not because of vanilla. I am playing on MC 1.17.1 with the newest forge version. When I try to play forge with optifine..my game crashes instantly with EXIT CODE: 0.

For me, the true issue was the RAM bar of my computer which was failing. I had to buy a new one and Minecraft works perfectly.

It doesn’t work I tried downloading the latest version of forge and Java and I don’t have any apps causing it to crash and I tried removing all mods but it still crashed
