I have never heard of Straight Ahead Samples before. Wow, I think my jaw is on the floor. I work with a lot of jazz musicians, mostly in theatre and doing live sound. These sound amazingly realistic. I think I'd still just hire a real player and record it, because I'm lucky to live where we have a really good number of jazz players even though we' not one of the big major markets. But even so. And then there is the fact that they clearly are marketing to any fan of Miles Davis with their library names.

oh check out Master Solo Strings: VIOLA from Auddict. I do not have it but I know someone who was just using it on a project and it is really nice, you will like this one.
