Finding Deep Peace With Jesus in Prayer

Why pray for four hours a day? Because once you experience the gaze of the Father, and the peace that comes with it, it becomes clearer and clearer that nothing in this life compares. The world needs the peace of Christ more than anything else, and nothing enhances our relationship with Christ better than prayer. So, for these friars, four hours of prayer every day makes perfect sense.

On Friday after work I always go to Adoration and I ALWAYS feel so overwhelmed by the presence of Jesus Christ. For anyone who struggles during prayer (focus, connection), I highly recommend being in His presence during Adoration and Benediction. It's spiritually transforming! For me prayer is talking with Christ and with the Father. I feel the more I spend as much time with them truly I feel a love that only comes with keeping them in the center of my heart, my life. Pray without ceasing. The more you prayer the closer you get to God which is a very good thing. :)
