In this video, MARIOS ZAFEIROPOULOS discusses the relationship between Stoicism and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). MARIOS ZAFEIROPOULOS is a Ph.D. Candidate in Ancient Greek and Latin Philology and Philosophy at the University of Patras. His research focuses on the interrelations between philosophy, psychology, and psychotherapy, with a dissertation titled “The Philosophy of Self-Care during the 1st and 2nd centuries AD and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): human psyche, apprenticeship, therapy”. He studied Classical Philology at the University of Patras (2014-2018) and completed the Classical Studies specialization Master’s Program (2018-2020) of the Philology Department at the University of Patras with a “Distinction”.

3. We host ZOOMUPS/IN-PERSON MEETUPS and analyze philosophical topics in EN/GR on weekdays at 6:00 pm EEST (Greece)/4:00 pm BST (England)/10:00 am CT (Wisconsin, USA)/09.30 pm IST (New Delhi, India). ANNOUNCEMENTS are made on our LINKEDIN page!
