We’re set to radiate some heat with the fourth song from our Live From Daisyland EP, the timeless Deep Purple classic ‘Burn’!

A massive crowd favourite ‘Burn’ released back in 1974 became Deep Purple’s concert opener taking over from Highway Star and continues to delight fans to this day.

We took a packed to the rafter’s crowd at Rock City Nottingham England on a rockin’ ride with this seven minute plus version of ‘Burn’.

I think that jon Lord from above is very proud of Dead Daisies playing this and the other Purple songs on a way we haven't heard... Excellent by all means... Glenn is like the old wine... he lives in rock, on stage he is the reason I play bass... and the other musicians are great...

Having seen Purple a couple of times in the 70's and a Texas band Weasel cover this and a few other tunes like Space Truckin and Smoke, I'm under impressed by a band doing covers that should very well stand on their own even though they do a stand up job on the ones they choose to do
