Fox panel analyzes Biden's cabinet picks, John Kerry role in climate change

Fox News panel discusses Biden transition team announcement on new cabinet picks. The following picks may be familiar faces as they were appointed different positions in the Obama administration. The cabinet picks are Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, National Security Advisory Jake Sullivan, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, United Nations Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines. Biden also announced John Kerry's new role as Special Presidential Envoy for Climate.
