There is near total agreement that restricting cellphone use during school is a good idea. But leave it to the local school district as AB272 provides. Newsom's attempt to once again have the state shove something down local authorities' throat is not the way to go.

If anything cell phones can be useful however that doesn’t mean using them all the time is healthy😅
