It may have dragged on a bit but Bill Foley's Takeover of AFC Bournemouth has been ratified by the Premier League and completed. Early raw fan reaction to this news and we have to thank Maxim Demin for the legacy and historic rise we have witnessed under his ownership. The future could be very bright for the Cherries.

I’m a Vegas Golden Knights fan living in Las Vegas who’s had the great fortune of being able to see Bill Foley’s work in person! He owns 4 sports teams in this city in the Golden Knights, Henderson Silver Knights (AHL), Vegas Knighthawks (IFL), & NBA G-League Ignite, all of which he approaches with that “Always advance, never retreat” mentality! He’s been practically a god-send to this city in terms of the sports entertainment he’s brought here, and the product he puts together on the playing field is usually really successful! The Golden Knights won a conference championship in year 1 and played in the Stanley Cup Final, the Silver Knights have made the AHL playoffs in 2/3 seasons so far, & tbth I’m not as familiar with the other teams, but from what I’ve seen, they seem to be building into successful programs!

If that track record remains strong, Bournemouth, you can expect your team to be a success under his ownership, and with his deep pockets, you can expect he’s going to really invest in the franchise and make them even better than they are now!

Take that slogan to heart, because that’s his mantra, and his work reflects it!
