Make up balms aren't cleansers. Even if you can't feel it, they'll leave residue. You'll need to wash with a facial cleanser after, no matter how good the makeup balm is.

The cervical pillows also help with snoring. I bought one for my husband when he was having BJJ-related issues with his neck and we very quickly learned that because of how the wings are on the pillow, It keeps his chin up which vastly reduced the snoring.

If you use any sort of cleansing balm or oil you have to follow up with a water base cleanser, especially if you have oily or acne prone skin, while dry skin may get away with only using cleaning balm but dermatologists don't necessarily recommend it.

Those pillows are amazing. It really is more comfortable and cradles the head while keeping the neck aligned. It's great for side and back sleeping. There's several on Amazon that look exactly alike, and they're different prices. I wish I had gotten one years ago since I'm sleeping so much better.

#27 -The rake /comb tool for your dog is NOT, I repeat, is NOT for any kind of doodle mix!! I bought one hoping it would help my mini golden doodle, but it was super duper bad for this kind of hair. Perhaps for a German shepherd or a dog with thicker non-curly hair.
