Is anybody facing a problem with dictation where dictation does not stop listening if you tap the mic icon on the keyboard? Also, a problem with Siri voice is not showing in the automations speak text action, even though they have been download it.

With iOS 16.3.1 I deleted YouTube and reinstalled it. Now when I move the audio to a HomePod in My Home, the video stops playing and I have to close it and re-open it to play it. I have upgraded to iOS 16.4 and I still have this issue even if I delete the YouTube app and reinstall it again, I have the same issue.
