I have 5 kids and they've had tons of those "talking" toys. They're interactive. I've noticed when the battery is low they start acting weird. That's when they start doing the creepy stuff; talking and singing at the wrong time. Whenever that starts happening we know the battery needs to be changed.

Nothing out of the ordinary with regards to the guy filming. And as far as the last clip, there is clearly an overlay of some kind you can see when it they move their mouth.

The last one is hilarious 😅 and that shadow infront of a moving car is quite legit. I had that experience 5 years back. Its amazing how spirits manifest and then vanish. Its still in my mind and was once in a lifetime experience.

The children's toy video is easily explainable. Most recent toys for babies and toddlers will stay powered on well after a child's last interaction with it. The intent is to get the child to come back to play with it again.
