Monroe - Modern American restaurant serving one of the best hot chickens in KL | Bukit Bintang

Monroe serves authentic American dishes with local ingredients incorporated into the menu. Someone recently commented on my tiktok to try out Monroe’s hot chicken cause apparently it’s known to be one of the best. They have a light crispy batter on their buttermilk fried chicken seasoned with generous amounts of hot sauce and cayenne pepper. This one is a bit more flavorful but not quite there yet! The insides could use more flavor, as with the skin that could use more salt and garlic powder. We also got some of their other dishes and they all tasted so good — definitely one of my favorite brunch spots in KL,
