Madden 13 User Catch Tutorial (Sluggo Route)

Madden 13 User Catch Tutorial for the Sluggo or Slugs or Slug route. In madden 13 the sluggo route is very effective against man defense and man press defense with the right pass lead and user catch. In this video I break down how to effectively throw the ball, when to throw it, and how to get a nice user catch animation to beat the defender inside every time.

How to Perform Sluggo User Catch
1. Throw a bullet pass towards the inside right after the WR makes his final cut upfield
2. User control the WR & take a step inside to cut the ball off while holding catch

no doubt man im sure u will pick things up very quickly once u start getting some games in no worries

the next thing you can do is put a zone in the area they tend to pass lead

then id recommend just using the 2nd two things i listed that pretty much what i do i rarely use slide protection unless im sure the blitz is coming from a specific spot

You are throwing the reciever open AKA away from the defense. Your making a streak rout instantly turn into a slant when you precision "to the inside" or away from the defender.

All the little squigily line routes beat man coverage this year. You have to be able to user catch jump balls to beat quarters D to the point where they stop running it.

ayyy chap quick question, i got everything set up for recording, tested it out a few games it looks SiicK im loving the PVR amazing quality, BUT NO SOUND ! any thoughts on how to ressolve this? all the cords are hooked up on the back btw
