Maybe I missed something, but don't you think that it's useless for the red people to have males and females since they don't mate to give birth? Ok let's say that the only difference is that females are born with the crystal, I think you would need to explain this difference better: why is it that some red people (the females) have the crystal and others (the males) don't? And what's the point for the females of having breasts if they don't breastfeed and larger hips if they don't get pregnant? I think it's important to acknowledge that reproduction plays an important role in the anatomy of a species. But other than that, great job, I love your work!

As for the red people if the male are practically immortal and the amount of the stones are finite given that the stones from deceased females are used to give birth to another red person, won't there be a time maybe after a few years, that only male members will be left?

Is a really cool concept, and something I would love to try for myself one day. I really enjoyed the basic physical and sociological differences between these peoples. It gives a very interesting backdrop for dramatic interactions between them in the future. The Green people remind me a great deal of a mix of James Cameron's Na'vi and Akira Toriyama's Namekians. I think I like them more, but find the Reds more fascinating and tragic.
