Ms. Ahmed's performance (as well as the entire cast) Thursday night here in Charlotte NC was on point! Her talent and personality resonated through her character as Eliza. The show itself is a mesmerizing 3 hours of pure entertainment. A must see!

We just saw this show last night. It was fantastic! I've always loved My Fair Lady. It is, to me, the greatest musical of all time. Magnificent story, magnificent music. And with this cast, a magnificent production. I was used to the original soundtrack with Rex Harrison warbling his way in the show. Then Jeremy Irons had a go at it. I'll tell you what. Laird Macintosh did a phenomenal job as Henry Higgins. The songs, when sang, are great. When there is real emotion behind them, they resonate. And Mr. Macintosh was fantastic. And Miss Ahmed. What can I say. What a fantastic performer. A standing ovation for the cast. This production is a must see. If it's in your town, go see it. Romance isn't corny. Lerner and Lowe made it the most wonderful thing in the world. And the ending was, while closer to what Shaw intended, was still ambiguous enough to ... Well, go watch the show. A great Eliza and a great Higgins. And a superb supporting cast. I can stay on the street where this show lives.
