How I finally started scoring on FC 25

Scoring on FC 25 proves to be a bit difficult for many players, I took myself back to basic and focused on finishing across goal, utilising the L1 + speed boost which is extremely strong right now whilst triggering runners. These attacking tips will help you score more goals on FC 25 on Playstation, Xbox and PC!

Problem i think ppl have is thinking the mechanics are like fc24 still like R1 dribbling. Alot has changed. Shooting in the box is insane now can score with most players from most angles. Just need to get used to the new gameplay. Kinda annoying thatwe get used to different fifas only for them to change it so much again. Defending is so difficult too.

Currently in div 4 nearly div 3.

Kick of glitch still works rather than crossing with whipped cross cut back and then cross was more success.

Byline cut backs nerfed power shots fly in from 25 yards

Get 2 nil up and you have won so easy to hold the ball possession is king atm keep the ball and frustrate if you have the opponent in the final 3rd unless they are a good player they are pinned for wave after wave of attack high defense is op

I'm having some serious issue with build up, I can't seem to progress the ball quick enough to be in more dangerous area where I can really start my attack. Often end up stuck and not being able to be beat the press. I find often an opponent seems to glide past my players opening up space and opportunities but I can't do the same at the moment. Will you be covering build up in any more detail? From a fundamentals level* as a lot of what I'm seeing elsewhere is mainly focused on what's new this year (naturally ofc)

Any tips for defending? I’m finding it so hard to stop attackers. I don’t pull my defenders out of line and I try to jockey but always get burnt/done by left stick dribbling
