Ukraine says Russia launches ICBM: Kyiv claims city of Dnipro was targeted

Ukraine says Russia has used an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time since the start of the war.
It says the missile targeted Dnipro city in the central-east region of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Russia says that a new US defence base in northern Poland has raised the overall level of nuclear danger.

The damage was not the reason but the message they sent with it, they are testing their ICBM parameters in case they need to fire these on Europe or on USA. This is the message who understand the very reason of ICBM use.

The Cuban Missile Crisis is similar to what is happening in this conflict only in a different situation.

USA does not want nuclear missiles deployed in Cuba…
Russia does not want nuclear missiles deployed in Ukraine.

And here we are U.S. led NATO wants to include Ukraine in NATO… which means nuclear missiles will be there.

It would be foolish if they think that Russia will not react negatively towards it.

They didn't fire an ICBM, but IRBM (RS-26), which are banned under INF Treaty. The 26 is barely an ICBM and is meant to target European capitals.
