Maybe time to go back shopping at stores...can't trust anyone anymore!

This is more her fault than anything, she placed them outside her own house & they got stolen. If UPS was suppose to ship them, maybe she should have actually dropped it off instead of tossing it outside her front door. People need to use common sense ffs. it's not that hard to do.

Why would anyone leave valuable items outside unattended???

Maybe because Edmonton police don't litigate thefts.

Why wouldn't she have UPS ring her doorbell for the return package instead of leaving a return package outside? She also could have just dropped it off at a UPS shipping centre.

Sounds like an inside job. She had insurance and imagine that.

Why don't you at least show the part of the video when they walk up to the house so the top of the face can be seen

Doesn’t UPS require someone to pass it to them in person?

Though we had a brand new flagship phone passed to a UPS person who was faking being an employee. Now we cannot get a new phone while Telus investigates the fraud. It had involved a drop off of the phone 2 days before, after someone pretending to be Telus offered us a promotion on the phone 2 days before. We received the phone by UPS and got a phone call that the wrong phone was delivered. Though it showed up on my husband’s s mobile account, even after they came back to get it. There was a UPS label but the person dropping off and picking up the phone did not have UPS branded clothing and drove a white van. My husband is unemployed and we have been struggling financially since he had 2 surgeries in spring and summer. The theft and fraud that is being investigated right now couldn’t come at a worse time. Merry Christmas to the con man who ruined Christmas for us. No tree or gifts. Barely any food now. May you enjoy your festive seasons behind bars when they catch you.

Why leave your packages out in the open for ups pickup and NOT drop it off at their Depot, Also when you get a notification from Ring and you're inside you goto your door fast not take your time, wash your hands and then think then its important....

Well maybe the person who picked it up thought it was left available for free pick up? Next time for such high value item, especially when you are home, just wait for UPS to come and ring the bell to give it to them. Or have it held at a private mailbox service such as Beavership if they have something like that in Edmonton
