My vote goes to Canton for better transparency and definition. This is an excellent series of comparison videos. Good job! If I may suggest a variation: change the speaker in the middle of a phrase rather than between phrases/sections. I find that I want to hear "the other speaker" playing the same phrase but there is no way to do that once the phrase is finished.

Canton warmer with a bigger stage, bigger voice while Elacs likely have the smaller stage with voice more centered, more detailed and layered. In live auditions, I typically choose the more detailed, layered sounding speaker over one that gets a wider, taller stage but I like the wider, taller stage too. I just need the detail to come out enough I know is there.

canton um gute 2 klassen besser, der etwas scharfe hochton wird mit guter verstärkerelektronik verschwunden sein . für solche tests nimmt man auch keinen mittelklasse verstärker von onkyo (oder irgend einen anderen ) . trotzdem sehr gut diese testreihe .

Für mich unentschieden. Canton dunkler, Elac heller. Beide Sounds klingen gut. Canton 10 Punkte. Elac 10 Punkte. Sehr guter Test.

Elac hat ein paar Punkte Vorsprung bei der Deutlichkeit der stimmen! ... Canton klingt für mich leicht (blechig) ....
