3:09 Haha! "Guadalajara is super safe!" *almost gets hit by car* 3:40 That's so true! The "goober'ment" basically said I'd get killed just getting off the plane in Medellín, Colombia... BS stats, great vacation. Looking forward to visiting Guadalajara and Mexico City soon. Thanks for the video. :)

I think you're unintentionally referring to your "upper-middle" class status as the source of your safety and security. Generally speaking, regardless of which city, state, or country in the
world you live in, "well-to-do" people are less likely to become victims of violent crimes. Do you by chance have any security safeguards in place? Upper class people (Mexican or American) living in Guadalajara, Chicago, Baltimore, or any location around the world, really, can afford the comforts of protective safeguards: private transportation, security guards, respectable police, electronic surveillance-alarm systems, condo-apartment entrances with buzzers, business and government connections, etc. Most people who are victims of violent crimes are those who don't have access to such safeguards, again, regardless of location.

Love your videos. Im a U.S citizen looking to like in Guadalajara. I never knew Mexico was so beautiful. Why does are media like Fox and Cnn paint Mexico as Hell?

My money can stretch and give me a life of luxury if I move there. Thank you so much. I use your videos to show my family.

I was introduced to your videos yesterday by my brother, I love. I'm from Guadalajara, never traveled outside of a 3 mile radius, you know, lack of vehicle and transportation. Came to the US when I was 11 years old. Love this country too. How's education over there? I have young kids so that's very important to us. What about employment opportunities? I'm a successful real estate broker here in Cali but I know RE in Guadalajara is not very lucrative and lending is practically non-existent in Mexico. Yes?
