I wish the comment section weren’t so disparaging. We need more organists, and this lady is a reasonable pianist. Some constructive criticism:

1. The bench should be lower and closer. You should be able to play with a straight back.

2. Playing in bare feet it’s easy to catch a toe on a pedal and do yourself an injury. Socks are a must, but organ shoes/dancing shoes are better because they allow you to play with heel and toe with less ankle strain.

3. Octave passages in pedals are rare and unidiomatic to the instrument - there are stops to add octaves, so it’s never really necessary to play melodic material in octaves in the pedal. You should play with your knees together. Also, the feet should be relaxed and loose at the ankle or they’ll cramp up in no time. Try to minimise how much you’re moving the foot at the ankle. New organists are often scared of hitting wrong notes so they bend their feet right up to play with heels but this is horrendously tiring. Try to get a feel for what the littlest movement is you can do without hitting other notes.

For some good starter pieces on the organ try the Eight Short Preludes and Fugues attributed to Bach. They’ll give you a good grounding in how to co-ordinate hands and feet, develop contrapuntal technique and your ear for how articulation is the key to breathing life into organ music.

This toccata isn’t actually a bad piece for someone who can play the piano, though the fugue requires a good grounding in organ essentials. Grab the sheet music and see how you get on.
