You are absolutely right! Nothing beats home smoked cheese. My local cheese purveyor told me that most commercially produced smoked cheese is actually using that chemical smoke (ugh!) rather than actual wood burning smoke. I love my little cold smoker. BTW: I just may buy me this machine. Hopefully you will get a cut of the action.

You should inform your viewers that VEVOR ( Chinese company ) does not not support their product after warranty, if for any reason such as normal ware and tear or in need to change a blade or one of your sharpening stone or any thing else, you will not be able to purchase them, you will have to purchase a brand new slicer... Think about it prior to purchase...

You got lucky with that slicer. I bought the same one and it won't slice ham thin, I only cuts like summer sausage and thin salamis, soppressata, pepperoni etc. . The slicer must be fkd up that I have. Bought it on Amazon and then I bought the 9 inch commercial slicer from Vevor/ Same shit, I sent it back and finally blew like 1200 on a commercial 12 inch slicer that my wife bitches about, telling me I need to get it outta the kitchen because it's too big but it cuts like a dream. It looks exactly like the big Vevor but I finally got 1 out of 3 that works.
