My only disappointment is that they didn't use Maria Felix as inspiration? I think she was one of the most iconic Mexican actresses ever!

María Félix was a better option, she was and still is the most popular beauty icon, she was 100% Mexican from Sonora.
And More classy.

I wish you would use looks that were more prominent in Mexico and away from American influence, like Maria Felix.. or the Gloria Trevi or Fey looks of the 90s, or the Timbiriche and Flans influence in the 80s, and Kabah and Onda Vaselina/OV7 in the early 2000s. I think more interesting, endemic looks could have been used for the video.

I hate how short and bad explained this video is. Every other country had an 6-7 minutes Behind the looks video, the research is great, the results are accurate, but she just couldn't fucking explain and detail the great work she did and that frustrates me.

I believe there is something missing. I don't mean to disrespect or offend, but it doesn't show the struggle of many mexican women who aim for caucasian caracteristics, and hide their natural beauty. I see other countries who embrace their cultural heritage and thought, and I believe the researcher should have mentioned a bit more of how Frida Kahlo, Maria Felix and other mexican Icons despite of being influenced by USA standard, gave this country a unique voice of beauty standard and how it influenced Mexicans. It also seems that most of the references the researcher gave, were more mexican-american, rather than mexican.

I don't like how she just rushed through it and the video was short. Like all the others were at least 5 minutes long. Why is Mexico not even 3? Very vague and I don't appreciate they chose her. She don't even sound like she know what she talking about. Y'all should've done better. As a Mexican I'm disappointed 100 years 😒

Probably the worst of the bunch. Didn't really capture the essence of the political and social events - and as the video here says it's mostly just "Oh they're copying the US. Let's use a US template." You guys can do better. Still amazed by your Israel and Iran videos!
