Thank you. Am experiencing a mold-mildew smell from my incoming water faucets. Am looking forward to forty cent gallon water down the road, and leftover, cooled electric tea kettle water, is cooled. Cleaner water. Am reaearching one with baby-sterilize function, and the dryint function. Rifht now, a small portable fan and a tabetop dumidifier but still takes awhile. Thid dishwasher is going to save water, will have 'clean' nontap water, and in my tiny kitchen, lighten up my morning chore so I can focus more on baking tasks.

Cut them pods in half, it will be a little messy but just toss the 1/2 piece in there and your dishes will wash perfectly. I have a similar dishwasher and thats what I do with no problem plus it saves me money on the expensive Cascade Platinum pods I prefer to buy. Ihave always used the rapid setting of 40 minutes no problem as I have never used the regular long setting. Give it a try!

Okay. Dumb question, but can you use regular liquid dishwasher detergent with this dishwasher, or do you have to use the pods?

How big is it i ordered one from stonberry it was actually bigger than i thought it wont even fit on my counter ill have to cut off 3 inches of my cabinet to make it fit that one is a lot smaller perfect size measure your space first before buying omg I wish i would of measured mines first

Never place the glassware or ceramics around those metal spikes. They will crack because of rattling

You’re putting your silverware in upside down. The stems of silverware should be down, useful ends up, otherwise everything (soap & leftover food) will settle and might not get clean.
Using a soap pod is overkill. I use powdered dish detergent. - lot less expensive too.
