Cooking time: At least 4 minutes,
depending on the fish
Servings: 4 pieces

▪ 1 kg of fish, the smallest can be anchovy and the largest can be up to 500 g.
▪ 1 cup of all-purpose flour, we can replace it with cornmeal or mix these two flours
▪ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
▪ plenty of olive oil
S.O.S : If you follow this step you will be able to fry properly and without using any flour for breading, but even if you use flour the amount will be minimal.
We always fry in olive oil because it is the only oil that can withstand high temperatures, does not oxidize and is the healthiest choice for frying.According to studies done in recent years, it oxidizes less compared to seed oils.
The oil must come to the desired temperature over medium to high heat, i.e. it must have burned.
If you put fish in oil that has not reached the correct temperature, it will begin to absorb oil like a sponge, as a result of which
we will lose all its deliciousness from the fish.
A small fish needs to be fried for 2 minutes on each side - If it is bigger then it will need from 2 - 4 minutes so that it has time to
cook inside.
If too much flour is left on the fish, it will absorb a lot of oil, it will become heavy in taste and the result will be that after we take it out of the hot oil, its crust will start to soften.
