If you can't find another made to move body to match the skin tone, You could probably dust on some soft pastels or even some form of blush and a spray on sealent to try and match the head's skin tone around the neck and hands

People in the comments - the head is Poppy Parker sculpt from Integrity Toys. It's not a barbie doll. It's on the higher-end of dolls, and the head was repainted probably by an independent artist trying to make a living. In the community, the cost is justified based on the effort of "making" and "having" it. I understand that those not in the community wouldn't be able to understand right away why it costed that much.

I love custom made dolls of any kind.❤ Recently got in BJD and it's definitely not cheap but man they are so pretty to work with. What I love the most on BJD dolls is that you can change their wigs and eyes super easily 😂
