They work inefficiently, and even if your bike is fine before the service, it will likely develop problems afterward.

In my area, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) treats customers rudely and never has the necessary spare parts. Ironically, local repair shops seem to have these parts in stock, making it appear as though Revolt is prioritizing selling parts to these shops instead of focusing on customer service. If you're looking for reliable service, avoid this bike.
