Your "not being a YouTuber" is one of the best things about this channel! So proud of you for all the work you've done since that first "worst plot ever?" video. It's been a fun journey and can't wait to see what comes next!

I like that you also go down the allotment and do nothing but watch the birds. One of my favourite things during the months when there's not really much to do. A couple of beers and just relax. Occasionally the deer may wander through also.

Seren you can remove the chicken wire when the bulbs sprout. You can also sprinkle red pepper flakes around them, squirrels don’t like capsaicin. Your dahlias are gorgeous.

Can't wait for your clean up video of the pond and back area. 😊

Imagine how many more garlics you could plant in that extra 2 metres worth of plot at the back 👀 I’m looking forward to Project Pond, I’m going to need some inspiration to get working on my own pond project 🥲

I love it every time we get an update, sometimes so much as if I was in the area I would volonteer my time to help with bringing stuff to the "tip" but as I am in another country that will not happen. You get the urge to help because Seren you are very likable person and we wish you success because you offer good videos. Maybee someone closer can in a non creepy way offer to help once in a while. Keep going please

Maybe cover over the plastic pots during winter if you're going to leave them outside. They can get very brittle during frosty nights. We keep ours in one of those lift up lid rubberised bins. :)

Winter in my part of 🇨🇦 means no outdoor gardening until April/May so I am looking forward to seeing what you are doing over the next few months! Thank you so much for sharing your plot with us, Seren.❤

I would love to see an episode with the 'before and after' . You have accomplished a huge amount in a year. It is easy to forget and get discouraged! You have done and continue to do a FABULOUS job and are an inspiration to many.

Make a wooden frame and staple chicken wire to it to protect your bulbs then they can grow without any damage

Love your dahlias on the plot there I'm gonna grow loads of them next year, between my vegetables

Seren, I know how the gloomy days and weeks can get you down, but being outdoors always helps. Being in a garden is even better! In northern Canada where I live, winter is really settling in now. I love watching you planning out your beds for next year and deciding what you’ll do. ❤️❄️🇨🇦

Hi Seren, Once your bulbs start sprouting in the spring, you can remove the chicken wire, before it ruins the tulip foliage. I do this with my potted bulbs. Hope this helps.

Maybe the shower screens were saved for some sort of cold frame project. They would be useful for something like that. ☺️

Your romanesco looks ready now, Seren. If it was me I would harvest it now before it 'blow' (goes to flower). Dhlis can beacomr pler as the plants get older. The bigger more vibrant flower heads are made at thw beginning of the season. Penhill watermelon is a gorgeous flower, also Otto's thrill is a gorgeous variety too. Happy growing 🙂

Have you thought of surrounding the pond with stones and the planting flowers between them? It would look lovely. I’m still harvesting tomatoes in my garden! We’ve had warm weather this fall and no rain (New York City is under a drought watch!). But my tomatoes are doing well. I will be giving them another week before harvesting the remainder so they can ripen indoors. I’m also mulching the garden beds with leaves for the winter. I’m looking for to seeing what you do in preparation for next spring. You are giving me lots of ideas!
