"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.

The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

I think Abby thought saying Nia was Holly’s mini me was intended to be an insult but out of all the other mums I think Holly is the best mum and an amazing role model to her daughter. She doesn’t swear, she has class and she has a doctorate how many of the mums have a PHD talk less of even going to university 😂😂

Nia's audition was amazing and Abby was jealous for sure. She had to downplay and diminish how well she did. I love that the casting/talent folks stood up for her. Abby should have never even been in the room.

If the producers didn't edit Christy's behavior, I can say she ruined her child's chances to be on top and to be a good dancer. Sarah is so much more mature than her. Every single time, Christy has to complain abt smth and it's so digusting and i feel bad for her child. Also, i felt so bad for Holly when Abby kinda ruined her daughter's audition and when Holly confrontred Abby, nobody rlly tried to defend Holly even though Holly always defends the other kids :(
