I do always alone such a short pullings without any equipment. The secret is not to use 90°corner conduits if you get used to those you can pull even long ones. Nowadays we have machine to push the 2.5 diameter cables through this system so one person can pull whole cables on the building by himself.

Out of curiosity, do you use any EMT or IMC or RMC conduit on any jobs? I know for residential you clearly dont have too, but what about industrial and commercial jobs?
