Agree. It is April 2022 and I just purchased a mavic pro platinum fly more combo with only a couple of hours flight time on it for $600 Australian dollars (about $430usd). It does everything you need from a drone. Awesome. Only downside or risk I can see is if DJI make it unusable with updates in the future.

The pro is still a fantastic drone…I have a mini 2 Air2s and mavic 3 and a mavic pro along with a fimi 2020 and 2022 …I still take the pro out and have a magnificent flight experience equal to if not better then my mini 2 or the FIMI drones if you stumble on a great deal go for it you won’t be disappointed…great video

Ive just come across your channel and subbed 😎 looking at buying another drone i had a mavic mini and started getting to grips with flying it and then my son became really unwell was on a life support machine end of life so had to sell my drone to fund the hospital stay but now my son is home fully recovered nurses and doctors shocked everyone was and still is nearly a year later hes full of life and obsessed with drones so looking at buying the mavic pro this time to spend many hours with my son creating memories love the video and keep up the great work

Nice points, this drone also allows you to fly in no fly zones by checking the box on taking responsibly (when it pops up), whereas the mini, mini2, Air2, s; Mavic2 etc... won't allow you to fly at all or stops at geo fences. So less restrictive than DJI newer drones.

Awesome review and something Not mentioned is if you have goggles and move your head side to side the camera on the mavic pro moves side to side, unlike any other out there.

You're 100% correct, I actually bought a mini 2 first, but 6 months later I had an opportunity to buy the legend that started it all for $400 AUD. In regards to the batteries, do you find the top speed of the mav.pro drops at all with battery wear? Mini2 top speed recorded was 57km/h & the mav.pro hasn't crossed 60km/h.
