Excellent video. Plain, direct, not clouding up the presentation with trickery, cut straight to what matters and leave the rest to the others. I watched several other presentations on this drone but your dry, straightforward video is utterly the best. Thanks for the great information.

I am really considering picking one up. We talked about it on the live stream, and I really like that came. Thanks for sharing this information.

I love my M3E but my only criticism is the Telemetry on the screen is TINY!! Is there an aftermarket bracket that would allow me to use an iPad mini?

One of my favorite features of the Mavic 3 is shooting 4K 60fps. However, as you say, the enterprise version is a great choice too. I enjoyed the video, Stephen.

What do you mean by raw images? Basically all DJI consumer drones have the ability to take RAW images. Also shooting 4K video has been a feature for long time. I understand that maybe enterprise drones haven't had those features but your video title is misleading

RC Pro Enterprise is actually compatible with Mavic 3 and Air 2s, but you should install another firmware through drone-hacks. The only downside is that you can not switch between aircrafts in the field.

Hello ! I completely agree with you about everything you said, including about the cover on the camera. By the way, I saw how Dji Fly was installed on this remote control and connected with Mavic 3, and yet, I could not work on Dji RC N-1 as it is the most terrible remote control and I bought Dji Rc Pro and it is unrealistically convenient for piloting and remote control, I agree that it's expensive, but at least it's no worse than Inspire Rc and the same Rc form Mavic Pro :) Thanks for the video and I'll be glad to talk to you in Helsinki :) I watch you videos and it was a surprise for me that you also live here :)

Thanks, Steven, I would love to own a Mavic 3, I only owned a mini v1 in DJI, but it's a fishing anchor now, and I don't know if or when I can spend the money for the Mavic 3

would love it if dji would do the augmented homepoint in that way with all their drones i'm sure it wouldn't be hard to do

fixed wing is the best solution for large mapping projects

Yes, thinking about owning one. More issues for/against Pro- Sensor larger than phantom, quicker to deploy, easier to transport, zoom. Downside: phantom can do 60fps, you can load many different flying/craft apps on ipad/android unlike limited library dji controller offers, easier to put a sun shield on tablet based controller than new all in one controller

This is my next drone purchase. I want the mechanical shutter, that is, unless the M4E is out by the time I have saved the money. 😅

Inspire 2 still beats it hands down for versatility. The only aspects it would lose out on are convenience (raw images for mapping requires an additional app) and imaging speed (it can’t do the 0.7s trick, which is nothing really to do with the mechanical shutter (available on the X4s) and more to do with processing). But hey…it can map in RAW! Oh, then it can be equipped with a couple of different cameras and a Cine SSD to allow ProRes and CinemaDNG.

It's the best for mapping and photogrammetry IF you are making money with it. It's a workhorse. Otherwise - it's very expensive (batteries, djcare, controller). If you want to take it everywhere with you just to shoot some pictures/videos - there are better options.
