Just a matter of time until that garage is a full blown gym 😂

The Nordic Stick for $20 works well. Instead of a slant board, I have 2 pairs of RV wheel wedges for 2 angle choices ($25). Ant tub raises have been around as long as I've been lifting (around 1980), but performed on a lying leg curl machine. Hammer Strength came out with the unilateral floor thing around the early 90s (first one I was aware of), but I never thought it was an improvement. A few gyms I trained at got rid of it, probably because it was a safety hazard and rarely used.

I have a handful of the smaller TBG products. I like them. I bought some low cost change plates from Ironmaster so they are always set up and ready to use.

I super-set the tib raise machine (standing up) with heavy deadlifts or squats when a long rest time is acceptable. The solo tib bar is only one velcro strap to knock out some ankle rolls. A few minutes with the torque bar after some other forearm work (same weight, varying grip location to adjust the difficulty between movements). Etc. I use the slant ramps for ATG split squat and Jefferson curl, but not as a squat wedge.

This was an interesting video, didn’t know this was a thing. Last night I was watching your curl bar video and the cambered Swiss bar video again (my favorite video from you btw).😂

Love your videos❤

Love the videos! Been looking at tib bars for quite a long time now. Don't know which one to get though these are expensive but the Amazon ones look pretty cheap. Would love a review/recomendation!!

The slant stack has tons of uses. It's like a set of stackable plyoboxes (in 2" increments) with a removable slant board. Even generic plyoboxes are extremely expensive for what they are. As with stackable plyoboxes, you just have to figure out the price for the height you want and decide if it's worth it.

I've been eyeing the sled tred because it is so much cheaper than Bells of Steel's dreadmill and similar products. I'd love to see more reviews of these and whatever alternatives there are for those of us without space for sled work.

The Sledtred is actually pretty awesome. I've had mine since it first came out. It's great for "pushing and pulling " a sled without needing space and room for an actual sled. Honestly, I don't use the pullup bar, but it definitely was worth the purchase.

The Nordic Hyper from Freak Athlete is definitely the best choice for homegyms, without a doubt. Honestly, people should just not buy anything from "The Tib Bar guy".. it's a bunch of crappy products that ain't worth anyones money.

Yea the wheels on the Nordic curl are absolutely stupid. I’d seriously just prefer a freaking shoulder strap to carry it. Cheers to the Hulk piano music
