How To Get Shard of Farosh's Horn - Electric Dragon - Zelda Breath of the Wild Tips & Tricks

How to quickly find the electric dragon, Farosh. You need two shards of Farosh's horn to upgrade your armor. Specifically the blue Champions Tunic from the Great Fairy Fountain. We find him flying close to lake tower and lake hylian.

For anyone getting frustrated about getting a scale the first time you shoot her horn, collect the scale. And then once the scale is in your inventory, try another day. On your second encounter, you’ll get the horn shard. You won’t get a horn shard, if you don’t have a scale in your inventory.

another location Farosh appears constantly is Riola Springs.   It's locate just above Shoda Sah shrine, so warp there and set up a fire to wait till nighttime.   He will fly out of the spring around 7PM,   and it's pretty obvious when he is about to do so.   climb on of the trees beforehand and leap out of it when he dose emerge and you can get an easy slow time shot at whatever part you need.    If you do miss,   just sailcloth down to the bridge to the south.  he eventually flies under it after a while, offering a good second chance.

So the climbing armor actually lies in its description about "no slip boots" and "no slip gloves"

I like getting it from Gerudo Summit. There's a trench he flies right through, you can stand at the entrance and wait for him to approach- head first.

there is a great fairy fountain in the Gerudo desert that is literally right next to the Hawa Koth shrine. it is underneath the Gerudo Great Skeleton which is a leviathan skeleton in the south west part of the desert.

Just for those who aren’t aware you MUST HAVE a scale from that dragon in order for it to drop a horn

I was heading to the lake tower and I was just preparing for battles ahead and I see this Rayquaza looking ass fly out of the water! I nearly had a heart attack because I thought I needed to fight this this!
