ICC prosecutor requests arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant and three Hamas leaders

The international criminal court prosecutor's office says it has requested arrest warrants for the Israeli prime minister, his defence minister and three Hamas leaders for alleged war crimes.

Prosecutor Karim Khan's office said it suspected all five – Benjamin Netanyahu, Yoav Gallant and Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh – bore criminal responsibility for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Israel or the Gaza Strip. Israel has denied committing war crimes in the ongoing war, triggered by the Hamas-led attack on Israel on 7 October.

I’m sorry but all the crimes that are listed under Hamas also applies to Israel. They have more than 9000 Palestinians in their jails without charges or trumped up charges including hundreds of children and women, they have been physically and sexually assaulted. Who will answer for that?

The second you start talking about those same people that carried out the attacks were occupied for 57 years and put on an open air prison for simply being natives to the land, he will say we don't need to talk about the past, but will ask you to condemn the attacks by an occupied people approx. 230 days ago.
