These numbers are owed to nearly quarter century of negative real interest rates which encouraged debt load and funded inefficient and ill advised startup ventures. They are essentially meaningless numbers in a tightening of capital markets and rising interest rates. I don’t think we can look at those metrics as accurate predictors in a volatile economy. Correct?
