Quick tip: you don’t actually HAVE to split them into separate workflows (unless you think you’d want someone in both workflows simultaneously). You can set up your two triggers (DM, Comment) and then add an If/Else action immediately after the trigger that splits the workflow off based on which trigger brought them into the workflow. I use this in my appointment reminders workflow to split out 5 different types of appointments but keep them in one workflow where I can see/edit everything in one place!

the biggest problem I'm finding and can't find an answer to is what happens is someone doesn't click the quick response? it messes up the entire workflow, i would like to answer their specific question and then put them right back in the workflow at that point but i can't figure out how
