You said that red abilities from the board of destiny can be used once per scenario...well it's an errata that is corected in the revised rules....red abilities can be used once per turn :)

for that scenario I've always left one human per tile until I'm ready to explore out on to the 5th so there are no openings for the trogs to spawn.  Leaving the fast (elusive) movers in the rear I was able to catch up quickly then move as a group once they start spawning.  you can get half way to the exit without the demons able to spawn anything.   Is that a good strategy or was I playing wrong?   BTW, I love this game :-)
