Chick-fil-A is planning to change its charitable donations in the new year as the fast-food chain tries to avoid the spotlight that came with its history of financing evangelical groups that opposed LGBTQ rights, including same-sex marriage. CBSN Los Angeles reports.

I don't donate to Chic- Fil - A. Problem solved

Education, homelessness and hunger are the main priorities for the salvation army. I would never let a group of any kind determine what charities I donate to. This story is disgusting

I liked Chick-Fil -A better when they were only in malls giving out free samples. Hate that every Chick-Fil-A drive thru line is wrapped around the parking lot 2x.

They ran the numbers and made a business decision. The owners can still donate to those orgs. The donations don't have to come from the company.

Chick fil a is the nicest fast food chain. The restaurants are always clean. The atmosphere is always joyful. Is this what christianity builds? If so I'm converting soon.

Fairness for everyone! Except if your beliefs are deemed contradictory to my own, then you are not allotted freedoms to spend your money as you wish.

CBS, the framing is why you are getting ratio'd. The charities to which this privately owned corporation donated are not anti- anything. One can be in favor of traditional values while at the same time not "hating" or "-phobia-ing" another individual or group. Never once has a Chick-fil-A restaurant turned away a customer due to any of the "ism's" which mean so much less these days when MSM throws them around recklessly for clicks.
