Sounds good except for the buzz which would sound great in some cases like dance music and experimental/alternative music.
I really like the sound.
The other 20in DW pancake drum videos I’ve seen didn’t have the buzz or bass so I assume this was eq’d with a bass boost!
This sounds incredible for the size.

Thinking of getting this & the Pearl fat & skinny snare drum as a travel kit slash kit that will fit in my bedroom. Haven't heard the Pearl yet, but I can only hope it sounds half as decent as the magician made this bass drum sound.

Don't know how it would sound with reso on the tom, like little pancake tom. Nice tuning tho

It’s basically cheating when you have a trigger on the kick drum. The rest of it sounds pretty cool I like those hi hats

Cool licks, great ideas, good live player. but put a click on that and see if if it doesnt have tempo glitches comming down in 1 with 2 and 4 snare rushed when setting up a fill. Contains some stretchy time characteristics. We all do it but that is where a click track comes in. I know its an over critical aspiration Feel is Everything
